Suggestions to accompany your meals

Obelisco Rosé
For summer choose a delicious snack with our rosé sparkling wine Obelisco. In a bowl, add goat cheese in cream, lemon zest, fresh herbs, a pinch of garlic powder and mix well. Spread the mixture into each toast. At the top put radishes in slices, a little salmon or smoked ham and parsley. Season with olive oil, salt and ground pepper. If you are at home you can accompany with a cucumber and arugula salad. And don’t forget our Obelisco rosé.

Tela Viognier
Perch Filet With Mustard Sauce: season the fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Saute an onion and add the fillets, let cook for 5 minutes. Remove the fillets, and to the sauce in the frying pan add butter, cream, and mustard. On the platter, serve the fillets with the mustard sauce and with a spring salad. Serve with our delicious TELA VIOGNIER!

For those who love gastronomic adventures, we suggest fish burgers with quinoa and a mix of vegetables, served in oatmeal bread. For a healthy sauce, add cream cheese flavored with garlic and herbs. Enjoy!

Varandas G.E. White
Red Fish Grilled: mix 1 tablespoon of thyme, 2 bay leaves, 2 pinches of black pepper, salt and olive oil to taste. Apply and let marinate. Grill the fish to get a golden finish and add some margarine, garlic and a few lemon drops. Serve with Varandas G. E. White, a premium wine with an excellent bouquet of notes obtained from the best selection of grapes Chardonnay and Arinto.

Prepare some delicious steamed cod fillets, season to taste with curry, lemon and a pinch of black pepper. To accompany choose some healthy vegetables and of course our Lezíria Branco that will add an elegant touch to your meal due to its nuances of tropical fruits.

Varandas GE Red
Roasted chicken legs in the oven with sweet potatoes purée. Season the meat with a mixture of margarine, a pinch of salt, chopped garlic, 1 bay leaf, pepper and a little piri piri. Once they are roasted, add some drops of lemon juice. Accompany with the purée of sweet potatoes and harmonize with Varandas G. E. Tinto, an excellent choice to pair with white meat dishes.

Planície Red
Choose your favorite meat and cut it into cubes. Alternate the skewers with meat, yellow and red peppers, mushrooms, shallots and dates. Brush with a lemon juice, yogurt, vegetable stock, grated coconut and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Finally put the skewers in the oven at 180 degrees. Turn over and reapply the sauce until is ready! Serve with our wine – Planície White.

In April choose a spring recipe to accompany with our wine Varandas Branco, a fine white wine, with an intense tropical aroma like citrus notes, such as orange and some floral. Lezíria Red
Enjoy Lezíria Tinto with some delicious quesadillas. Heat a little of the olive oil in a large frying pan and add peppers, corn, peas, and mushrooms. Spoon the mixture over the tortillas, spreading it to the edges. Sprinkle with gouda cheese. Serve warm with chopped tomato salad covered with oregano.

Chicken breasts topped with garlic and lime sauce. Season the meat with salt and ground pepper, and bring to the grill. For the sauce, sauté a small serving of french garlic, bechamel sauce and lime juice. Serve with sautéed potatoes or brown rice and accompany with Varandas Grande Escolha White. Great for white meat dishes.
